When you do, the needle spins wildly before settling to point in the direction of a specific object, creature, or location that you name and can visualize, provided it is within 10 miles of you. This effect lasts for 1 minute. ***Echoes of Tomorrow.*** As a bonus action, you can expend 2 charges to briefly peer into a potential future. You gain advantage on your next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw made within the next minute. You decide which roll to apply this advantage to. ***Rewind Moment.*** When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can use your reaction and expend 3 charges to force that creature to re-roll the die and use the new result. You must decide to use this feature before the DM declares whether the original roll succeeded or failed. The Chronal Compass has 5 charges and regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the compass shatters, becoming a non-magical, intricate piece of junk.
